Credoma, an independent mortgage provider in the Czech Republic, was established in 2005 to exploit the opportunity to offer innovative mortgage products in Central and Eastern Europe.
Credoma focuses on single-family mortgage products for property purchase, debt consolidation and refurbishment purposes. In addition, through its multi-family loans, Credoma also serves specialised needs of Housing Associations and Co-operatives owning apartment buildings in the Czech Republic.
